Below mentioned points are desirable to consider for better quality and maintenance purpose.
1) supports for horizontal and vertical pipes to ensure installation firmness and protection from stresses during concrete pour . (Threaded rods to install before water proofing due to drilling activity)
2) water proofing of slab
3)piping installation with clamps (supporting rods already in place)
4) CLEAN OUTS ARE DESIRABLE And necessary for maintenance purpose.
As a thumb rule at every change of direction a clean out is desirable subjected to site condition.
5) perform pressure test
6) consider trap primer in case of industrial/commercial buildings to avoid drain trap dryness and to avoid foul smell.
NOTE: Avoid sunken slab for above floors to have cost saving and maintenance friendly.in this case ensure to place sleeves with the help of surveyor before slab pouring.
