PVC & PEX piping shall be used for carrying water supply in the building, thus increasing the flow of water& also it will cause 0 contamination as compared to metal pipes. 6. Water saving fixtures & fitting shall be used which can reduce minimum of 10-20% water requirement. 7. Rain water Harvesting System shall be proposed as a water conservation feature in the project. 8. Sewerage piping system shall be of sound proof PE material, so that the noise of flowing sewage through pipes shall not disturb any of the class rooms. 9. Swimming pool shall have the Ozonator filtration system which kills bacteria, virus & will give sparkling clean water, further tanning will not take place as compared to chlorine dosing system which leaves residue behind. FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM:- 1. Fully addressable fire alarm system shall be provided. 2. Smoke detectors, heat detectors & flame detectors shall be provided wherever necessary. 3. Aerosol system shall be provided to protect all the Electrical systems. 4. Automatic Sprinkler system shall be provided for the entire building. 5. Fire Hydrant system shall be provided to fight the fire in case of emergency. 6. Fire signages shall be installed all over the building so as to guide the occupants during emergency. 7. Proper assembly points need to be demarcated in the building so that evacuation becomes faster.
